Linda Hutchinson is an artist/painter from Kent, Ohio whose works include drawings, watercolors and oils. Her favorite subject is the human figure, but works drawn from nature and everyday life never cease to amaze and enchant. Her paintings are in the collections of The Ohio Watercolor Society, The State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio, The Parkersburg Art Center, The Joyce Dutka Arts Foundation and Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna. Most recently, she was chosen to design the First Night Akron 2008 button and poster and was a part of a four-woman exhibit entitled "Women"s Work" at Summit ArtSpace in Akron, Ohio. She teaches drawing and painting through continuing education programs at The Cuyahoga Valley Art Center and Kent City Schools. She is affiliated with: The Akron Society of Artists, Artists Archives of the Western Reserve, The Ohio Watercolor Society and Red Dot Project of Cleveland.
