Welcome to the World as I See It How does anyone get through life without a sense of humor? I love wit and whimsy. The saying "talk till I'm blue in the face" inspired my profile photo.

When you peruse my gallery, you may think it is quite the mixed bag. You’re right!

I think of myself as a ‘Lifestyle’ photographer but use that term very loosely.

Many lifestyle shooters are interested only in portraits of people – families, children, weddings, maternity, etc. Since ‘whatever catches my eye’ photography sounds too convoluted and maybe a little comical, I’ve chosen a one word catch-all.

I’m deeply intrigued by the world at large. My work not only reflects the people around me (whether I know them or not) but also their environments.

My nature photography is not from the deepest darkest forests on earth or the highest oxygen depriving mountains or the depths of our oceans. I capture images from places lots of folks frequent. I shoot along driveable back roads, city streets, public parks, gardens and fairs. I also document events such as weddings and the birth of a child.

I capture a moment in time in my world and yours. I hope you enjoying seeing it through my eyes.
