Ken and Mario Kenario

Kenario's Collection from Around the World Ken and Mario have been sculpting photography with a technique they discovered in 1997.

Their technique involves composing, shooting and placing the developing Polaroid into a container with Hot Boiling water poured over the image. With a variety of tools they move and burnish the developing image into an impressionistic work of art.

They have one of the largest private collections of Manipulated Polaroids in the world. Each image was created entirely under water and their collection is archival stored and framed for viewing only.

They wanted to keep the collection together rather than selling off any of the original Polaroid pieces.

Ken and Mario also create a lot of mixed media Artwork with photography always as the base. They also do commissioned pieces.

They offer limited editions for sale of some of their images.
