About This Artwork
Round barns are a rarity in the Northeastern United States. This one was found in New York State in the Catskill Mountains. The red color of the wood was fading, which inspired me to capture the aging structure in black and white. I was also taken by the reflection of the clouds and blue sky in the window. The tiny window against the large bent boards seemed lost without some sort of accentuation.
This print is window matted to 16"x20" on gallery white archival mat board ready for framing.
