About This Artwork
Soul's elements is an effort to portrait the hidden aspects of mankind. Somebody calls it soul: the real essence of people, without clothes, without the thousands masks we wear in our daily life. Nature embraces the models bringing the man back to the roots, sharing a common sense of being among people, trees, lakes and all the elements that compose the world.
The pictures shaped themselves while I was shooting, in a constant effort of balance and harmony between man and nature; between me and the models; between our emotions blending together.
This project was born as an inner research to better understand myself through nature, and it might never stop. There is no beginning and no end, as it is in the natural circle of life and death and rebirth.
The artwork is printed on Hahnemuhle Fine Art Bamboo Fibres Paper because its consistency highlights the concept of Soul's Elements.
