About This Artwork
My girlfriend calls herself Sunbee Mama and grows sunflowers all around the perimeter of her acreage. It is such a delight to go and paint there on a warm sunny day. She has more varieties of sunflowers than I ever knew existed. So I sent for seeds to give myself a garden of color. I can hardly wait to see what will come up from that mix of seeds.
This piece is double matted in acid free archival mat board and framed in wood.
