About This Artwork
The series “Hinterland” started with impressions from travelling through Noosa Hinterland.
The soft hills of the countryside with its beautiful dams, loosely forested areas and specially the trees which had a long and hard life until fire or draught made them “hinterland icons” created the intense feeling to shape the content.
