About This Artwork
In Hagerstown, MD, I ran across this junked, old Lincoln Continental sitting in the weeds. I checked it out and found this very intriguing shape. When I returned to the studio, I looked at the image and was struck by its colors and depth. I saw myself staring up into a multi-violet/purple shaded mushroom cloud; hence, the title!
You can see the car sitting in the weeds in the accompanying black and white photo.
Each print is handmade to order using a state-of-the-art, professional, HP Designjet Z3100 printer. Prints are museum-quality and will last centuries. All prints are signed and dated. Prints do not have copyright watermarks.
