About This Artwork
One reason I like these flowers is that you have to get up early to see them. They bloom in the morning, then as the day progresses turn into a jelly-like mess.
That's why they're called Morning Glory.
Around here, in middle Tennessee, they grow like weeds. I found this particular one in Montgomery Bell State Park.
I portrayed it in black and white infrared to emphasize the texture and structure of this delicate wildflower.
The image is printed 12" x 18", on 13" x 19" Hahnemuhle Fine Art Baryta paper, signed by the artist.
To give the buyer maximum display options, the print is shipped unmounted and unframed.
