About This Artwork
On a grey cloudless day, with their masts reaching starkly upward several small boats crowding together are reflected in the still waters of Steveston Harbour, the largest commercial fishing harbour in Canada under the DFO Small Craft Harbours Harbour Authority Program. The harbour, on the south arm of the Fraser River at the south end of Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, consists of two sites: Paramount and Gulf.
