About This Artwork
Lizzy has posed for painters and this typical figurative pose is a classic.
This is an open edition print, made on 11 x 14 inch cotton fiber paper, hand coated in the palladium printing process known as the Ziatype. Lithium ferric oxalate and lithium palladium have created reddish brown tones.
Palladium prints are extremely archival (and collectible) and should last without image loss, as long as the paper itself.
My working methods are improvisational to the point that no prints from the same negative are alike. Each print is unique.
