About This Artwork
This photograph is part of my Oulala, Paris series, walking to the Museum of Manuscripts and Letters, a little-visited but terrific museum.
As I was walking, I felt this image stare at me. This was a small gallery, closed then, but I could see that the woman was part of a photograph that got an award. I can see why. It beckoned me.
