About This Artwork
This junked, rusty, Oldsmobile 88 will always be one of my most favorite automotive subjects. She was absolutely beautiful. She now has been crushed and destroyed. She was moved and now rested on top of a dirt mound, waiting for the crusher. The move really hurt her. You can see how she now looked in the accompanying black and white photograph. It was sad.
Yet, the move and the many years of weathering could not hide the car handle's beauty. Its form and details still gleamed, picking up the sunlight. She still was proud.
Each print is handmade to order using a state-of-the-art, professional, HP Designjet Z3100 printer. Prints are museum-quality and will last centuries. All prints are signed and dated. Prints do not have copyright watermarks.
Matting and framing services are available at additional cost, as noted below. Each print is hand framed and matted using the highest quality, archival materials.
