About This Artwork
This is a low perspective shot of the hood of a Chrysler Town & Country station wagon from the early 1970's. She was in pretty bad shape, wallowing in the grass in Hagerstown, MD. Her hood was the only photogenic element. I took this at a very narrow aperture to get the deepest depth of field that I could, while still retaining a sense of distance.
The whole car can be viewed in the accompanying black and whiite photograph.
Each print is handmade to order using a state-of-the-art, professional, HP Designjet Z3100 printer. Prints are museum-quality and will last centuries. All prints are signed and dated. Prints do not have copyright watermarks.
