About This Artwork
Cedar trees are as much part of the Ozark landscape as rocky, hard scrabble hills, clear free flowing streams and legendary hardwood forests. Three Cedars, is in honor of this tough little tree, when given poor soil and lots of sunlight will grow anywhere. This pastel painting was created from my imagination and fond memories stored carefully in my mind.
Because pastels are fragile materials all my painting are placed behind glass in quality frames. The cost of the framing is already included in the painting price. If you prefer, I will sell the pastel unframed. For unframed paintings deduct 10% from the painting cost.
