About This Artwork
Ozark Redbud was created more from my imagination than from any photos I had taken during a photo trip I had made earlier in the day. This painting is a good example of my “dusting” technique I used to create the soft style in this painting. The more I paint the more details are beginning to disappear, and the scenes are becoming more expressive.
Because pastels are fragile materials all my painting are placed behind glass in quality frames. The cost of the framing is already included in the painting price. If you prefer, I will sell the pastel unframed. For unframed paintings deduct 10% from the painting cost.
