About This Artwork
Little Shoal Creek is a typical Ozark spring creek that nine months of the year is barely more than a trickle of water and a mostly dry gravel bed with a few potholes holding minnows and crawdads. But every spring thousands of little streams like Little Shoal Creek come to life, turning into sparkling jewels where life starts anew throughout the Ozarks. Today Little Shoal Creek is an all but forgotten hide-a-way begging to be explored, by splashing children, laughing and giggling with spring merriment.
Because pastels are fragile materials all my painting are placed behind glass in quality frames. The cost of the framing is already included in the painting price. If you prefer, I will sell the pastel unframed. For unframed paintings deduct 10% from the painting cost.
