About This Artwork
Richland Creek, in Northwest Arkansas, is just about as close as you can get to real wilderness in the Ozarks. The sun is slow to rise in this deep valley and on a cold crisp morning you can watch a fine ghost like mists hover over the cold waters. This pastel was inspired by such a morning.
Because pastels are fragile materials all my painting are placed behind glass in quality frames. The cost of the framing is already included in the painting price. If you prefer, I will sell the pastel unframed. For unframed paintings deduct 10% from the painting cost.
