About This Artwork
There is a garden I go to every spring that is exclusively irises. They are every color you can imagine (and some you can't). Often when I'm taking photos for my painting reference, people stare and laugh at me because I lie on the ground so that I can get just the right framing and lighting. I think it was worth it. I hope you agree. This is a companion to "Glowing Tulips".
