About This Artwork
I began this painting on location in southern Indiana and then finished it in my studio. This area was just outside a small town and felt rather remote. I just had to capture the shadows under the group of trees on the left, against the bright sunlit colors of the hill and path.
This image is oil on panel - 9 " high & 12" wide.
This lovely painting is colorful and warm and would pick up a number of colors in your environment.
The wood gold frame is 3" wide and 1 1/8" thick.
