In a small, rather dusty town of Xiahe China, this man was running up and down the street . He spotted us as we were embarking on a trip to the Labrang Monastery. He ran towards us in a menacing posture. We were informed that he use to have a sword that was taken away from him; that he was harmless, but a "little" crazy.
