Kimberley’s preferred studio is on location. Working from photos does not nearly inspire enough. Always challenged to capture the beauty of the moment. Be bold escape from your studios. Smell the roses!!
Her watercolor style can be called studies. She enjoys the research behind her castle paintings. Always give a castle builder credit line, brief reference to other history and illustration of builders coat of arms, royal crest. Best to do much of this castle research in the local township. Always a challenge to narrow it down to a few sentences when your attempting to condense more than a 1000 years of history, Kings and sieges. She loves architectural history and is passionate about getting it on location.
Her cherished memories of scuba diving, amazement of the coral reef colors lead to her sculpture creations, called ReefLife.
