At work in the studio I love having a designated place just for working on my art. It helps me to stay focused and avoid the distractions that can occur when one works from home.

Organized chaos Because my workspace is small, I try to keep things organized. The walls are lined with shelves, file cabinets, and flat files for artwork. I hang my awards, announcements for shows, and letters from clients on the walls to keep me motivated.

Book Signing Here I am signing copies of a children's book I illustrated titled "I am the Engineer". The signing took place at an elementary school in Manhattan's West Village where I also spoke before several classes about being a working artist.
